PPW – Peak Performer Workshop
Due to the advent of the pandemic and keeping in tune with the ‘new normal’, MILT Training Foundation has ventured into the digital platform offering MILT Peak Performer Workshop (PPW) with the same intensity and commitment of the face-to-face trainer-led MILT Leadership Course (MLC). Peak Performer Workshop (PPW) is a concise version of the 14 session MILT Leadership Course (MLC), the flagship program of MILT Training Foundation (India). The first batch of PPW was conducted in May 2020. Over the past one-and-half years, 17 batches have been completed as on December 2021. Over 300 participants have benefited from the intensity of PPW and have transformed as leaders and contributors. Being an online workshop, participants from across India and the world-over have enrolled and benefitted from PPW. Since a good number of participants have enrolled from the Middle East, a MILT Chapter has been established in the region. With the high-impact online training of PPW, going forward MILT will soon have chapters in other Indian states and countries as well.

Participants are motivated to involve in the sessions, through various exercises and internalize the concepts, and involve whole-heartedly to get the best out of the workshop. The practicality of the sessions helps the participants to implement the learning and experience the benefits in their day-to-day activities.
Participants who meet the standards set in the workshop are given course completion certificates and are privileged to be part of the monthly MILT alumni and hone their skills on a continuous basis and develop in the important dimensions – Physical, Emotional, Intellectual and Spiritual.
PPW is generally conducted as an open-program, where participants from heterogeneous background participate in the workshop.
