About MILT

MILT Training Foundation was started by Aporesh Acharya in the year 1977 when he landed in India after a long stint in the US. Having earned a reputation of being one of the best trainers in the Dale Carnegie Foundation, he wanted, in his own words, “to make a difference to the country he loved”. What started then as a one-man training startup is a 1000 strong community of graduates of the MILT Leadership Course who, amongst other things, are making a difference in the world through their social efforts.

In all these years, Aporesh, has trained thousands of Individuals and executives of big Corporates, including the fortune-500 corporations in his signature MLC, his incredible Sales Workshops and later, his famous, PEP courses. Though retired from active training, the life altering MILT course is now conducted by accredited trainers trained personally by Aporesh.

What is MILT Today?

What started as an Attitudinal Training startup by one man, today is a movement in itself. Over the years, the graduates of the MILT course got together and started various social projects that could make a difference not only to the world, but to themselves. It is this need to be fruitful in life that , till today, drives Miltonians to continue running Snehalayas [homes of love], the MILT Residential school, and other projects all over the country.

Leadership Course [MLC]

After more than 40 years of continuous work and empowerment, Aporesh Acharya personally retired form Active training. He , in turn, trained to train a few people who continue training others in the same awesome MILT course format. The MILT course is still conducted all over the country by accredited trainers of Aporesh.
